Community Agreement

The Community Agreement is a living document provided to and signed by all company members outlining our values, guidelines and policies and procedures. 

The Community Agreement was formed with the intention of creating a space that prioritizes safety, as well as outlines all of the expectations of all our community members. 

We have provided an amendment form to all company members that is checked weekly by Season Staff. As suggested amendments are provided, the Artistic Director reviews them and creates suggested edits that are then shared with first the Festival Staff and then the Company. 

The Community Agreement Amendment Form can be found below. We are making it available to the public with the acknowledgment that we are continuously learning, and to welcome responses from those who would like to help but are not yet in the company.
